Work across frontend and backend on client projects — building features end to end alongside the engineering team.
You'll build and maintain full-stack features for client applications, from UI components to the API layer, and take part in code review and testing.
- Comfortable across a modern JS/TS stack and a backend language (Node.js or Python)
- Experience with relational or document databases
- Able to work directly with project requirements, not just tickets
Design and build APIs, backend services and data models for client projects.
You'll support backend architecture decisions for assigned projects, working closely with frontend engineers on API contracts.
- Strong grasp of API design and database modeling
- Experience with FastAPI, Express or an equivalent framework
- Attention to reliability, error handling and performance
Build responsive, accessible interfaces for client web applications.
You'll translate designs and requirements into clean, maintainable frontend code, and work closely with backend engineers on integration.
- Solid React fundamentals and comfort with TypeScript
- An eye for detail in spacing, responsiveness and accessibility
- Experience working from designs or written requirements
Build backend services, scripts and data tooling in Python for client and internal projects.
Day to day work spans API development, data processing scripts, and light automation tooling.
- Strong Python fundamentals
- Familiarity with at least one web framework
- Comfortable reading and writing SQL
Build practical AI-powered features and automation into client products.
You'll scope, build and integrate AI-driven features — from model selection through to production integration.
- Practical experience applying ML/AI models to real problems
- Comfortable integrating models into a product via API
- Able to reason about where AI genuinely helps a workflow
A general engineering role across client projects, with flexibility based on your strengths.
Suited to engineers who can work across the stack and adapt to different project needs as they arise.
- Solid fundamentals in at least one backend and one frontend technology
- Comfortable working with Git and standard development workflows
Design clean, usable interfaces for client web applications and internal tools.
You'll work from project requirements to wireframes and high-fidelity designs, and collaborate closely with engineers during build.
- A portfolio showing real product or web design work
- Comfortable with a modern design tool (Figma or equivalent)
Help identify and develop new client relationships for GrowMore Digital's engineering services.
You'll work closely with the engineering team to understand what we can realistically deliver, and represent that accurately to prospective clients.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and client conversations
- Basic understanding of software development enough to scope conversations credibly
A structured internship for students and early-career developers to work on real project tasks alongside the engineering team.
Interns work on scoped tasks within live or practice projects, with review and mentorship from the engineering team. Program structure, duration and terms are shared in full during the application process.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language
- Willing to learn in a structured, feedback-driven environment
